  • Find out job related changes and align them to present and future needs.
  • Determine, plan and impart the interpersonal and communication skills lacking in decision making, presentation and submission of reports.
  • Align extend the Computer application skills.
  • Conflict identification and management between field operational staff, farmers, water users, abiana payers and within sub units/sub offices.
  • Data collection and up dating the techniques and its automation.
  • Provide higher education to the staff that is purposeful, meaningful, and meets the present and future requirements.
